We provide a family- like atmosphere to our students and take care of all our members. It is a place of civility, friendship and good cheer. Our prestigious institute Smt. Indramani Mandelia Shiksha Niket, Pilani, a pioneering endeavour is propagating knowledge for the benefit of students, was established in 1980 with only B.Sc. (Home Science) three year degree programme. As per the demands and need of the students since then we have covered a number of milestones and added B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc (Physics,Chemistry,Botany and Mathematics)is our college. The college has a magnificent building providing all facilities and an ideal environment for the all round development of the students. College also provides excellent AC hostel accommodation facilities for boys and girls We have maximum qualified staff who carry out their duties honestly and dedicatedly.
We provide medical reimbursement and PF facilities to all our staff members. Leaves are provided as per rules. In future we are also planning to introduce Employees Pension Scheme (EPS) for the benefit of staff members. We define education as fifty percent academics and fifty percent extra curricular activities. So besides imparting best academic knowledge to students we motivate them to participate more and more is extra curricular events for their all round development. Every year our students have topped the university and have been awarded the prestigious Bhamashah award. We also runVocational courses for skill development in the college. We have maintained linkage with various industries and banks to impart training to our U.G and P.G Students.
Our main motto is to imbibe Such ‘’Values’’ or ‘’Sanskar’’ amongst our students so that they prove to be an asset to our society. We are successfully working to create a eco-friendly environment. To protect our environment we have prepared cloth bags and distributed in local and surrounding areas so as to prohibit the people from using single use plastics every year we also plant 2500 trees in local and surrounding areas to protect our environment. Our mission is to create future leaders who can build the Nation and not destroy it. Our focus in education is more on practical and applied knowledge rather than on bookish knowledge.
